Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery time varies from 7 to 30 days after payment confirmation.
Late tracking codes of 24 to 48 days are workable and will be transmitted by our providers to you, as there may be inconsistencies in the data or customers who withdraw from the order.
We will refund the amount of purchases that were lost or delivered within 90 days of payment confirmation.
The location varied depending on the speed of the Post Office and Customs, but it took between 7 and 30 days. The final delivery time is up to 90 practical days.
Once the deadline has passed, we recommend that you contact Correos to clarify the reason for the delay. If Correos is not available for your order, please contact us immediately to check with our suppliers. If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund the full amount of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
It is important that you provide the means of delivery to the address registered in your order. After 2 (two) proven delivery intentions, you will have to receive your order at a post office near your address. Or if the reason for non-delivery is "Unknown sender", Correos will return the package without a second delivery intention.
If the package is not received within 7 calendar days, storage costs will be charged. The import of the table depends on the weight/volume of the product.
