Cancel Order
To cancel an order even before it has been shipped, you will need to contact us via our email 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲@𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲.𝗽𝘁
In which you will have to provide us with your personal and banking details so that we can proceed with the refund, the transfer will be made within a minimum period of 5 working days, from the date we become aware of it.
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it. If the customer refuses delivery of the order, they will also lose any right to a refund.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘 store responds in the affirmative, making use of the prerogative conferred by Article 8 of Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May, it was understood that a limit period of 30 days should be established for carrying out repair or replacement operations on a movable property, given that the absence of current regulation has resulted in the prolongation, for an excessive time, of not very complex replacement and repair operations.
All products sold by the 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘 store have a 2-year guarantee of conformity. Except for items worth € 19.90 and below, these items have a 1 year warranty.
In the event of a breakdown or technical defect, the customer must contact customer support so that an RMA (Remittance of damaged material) can be created.
The product must be sent to our facilities. Upon arrival, it will be inspected. If it is indeed a non-conformity, it will be replaced. No fee will be charged for this.
If signs of misuse or non-compliance with the conditions of use are detected, the warranty does not cover it, the customer will be contacted to find out whether they wish (if possible) to have the item repaired.
